FB entry / planning meeting is a 1-hour meeting together with the LPO to figure out the Features/Tasks which will come next for the team from priority point of view.

## What is the purpose of the FB entry / planning meeting?

The purpose of the FB entry / planning meeting is that the LPO provides a prioritized list of Items (Epics), each team should start with or continue their work on it within the upcoming FB.

- Not final commitment, but just a rough estimate should be placed by each team representative whether the pre-assignment fits to the team or not.
- The team representative has to check after that meeting together with his team members how much of this pre-assignment can be fulfilled, before they will set an official commitment.
- At the end of the FB entry / planning meeting the LPO should have a rough overview what might be feasible to be implemented and tested during the upcoming FB.

## Who should attend the meeting?

- At least one representative per Squad and the LPO should participate.

## What should be prepared?

- The Squad representative of the week should check how much remaining work exists for each already taken Items (Epics).
- A rough feeling about the team capacity would also be an advantage.

## How is the meeting held?

1. The LPO usually invites to that meeting right at the beginning of the FB.
2. During the meeting, the LPO will present his newly arranged Items (Epics) based on their priority and defines for each team separately what should be done next.
3. The squad representative will then give feedback if this pre-assignment fits to the team and their capacity or not.
4. He will then check after the meeting together with his team members how much of this pre-assignment can be fulfilled.
5. There is a so called ATP Tool (Excel based Jira export/import) which will be used by the LPO's to check and update the status of each Item (Epic), taken by the teams.

- 这不是最终承诺，每个团队代表只需要先给出一个粗略判断，说明这个预分配是否适合团队。
- 团队代表在会后还需要与团队成员一起确认，这份预分配中有多少内容实际上可以兑现，然后才能形成正式承诺。
- 在 FB entry / planning 会议结束时，LPO 应该能够大致了解在下一个 FB 中，哪些内容可能可以被实现和测试。

## 谁应该参加会议？

- 每个 Squad 至少一名代表，以及 LPO，应参加会议。

- 当周的 Squad 代表应检查每个已接手 Item（Epic）还剩多少工作量。

## 会议如何进行？

1. LPO 通常会在 FB 一开始就发出这场会议的邀请。
2. 在会议中，LPO 会按照优先级介绍新整理好的 Item（Epic），并分别定义每个团队接下来应完成的工作。
3. Squad 代表随后反馈这份预分配是否符合团队当前的容量和实际情况。
4. 会后，他还需要与团队成员一起确认这份预分配中有多少内容可以真正完成。
5. 有一个所谓的 ATP Tool（基于 Excel 的 Jira 导出/导入工具），LPO 会用它来检查并更新各团队已接手 Item（Epic）的状态。
